Feasibility Study:

A brief description of the business to assess market feasibility, typically involves testing geographic locations for a real estate development project, and usually involve parcels of real estate land. As developers we conduct market studies to determine the best location within a jurisdiction, and to test alternative land uses for given parcels. Jurisdictions often require us to complete feasibility studies before they will approve a permit application for retail, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, housing, office or mixed-use project. Market Feasibility takes into account the importance of the business in the selected area.

Resource feasibility
This involves questions such as how much time is available to build, when it can be built, whether it interferes with normal business operations, type and amount of resources required, dependencies, and developmental procedures within our company.

Project’s funding potential and repayment terms.
Sensitivity in the repayments capability to the following factors:
Time delays.
Small increase in cost.
Large increase in cost.

Market research studies
This is one of the most important sections of the feasibility study as it examines the marketability of the product or services and convinces readers that there is a potential market for the product or services. If a significant market for the product or services cannot be established, then there is no project.

Typically, market studies will assess the potential sales of the product, absorption and market capture rates and the project’s timing.

The feasibility study outputs the feasibility study report, a report detailing the evaluation criteria, the study findings, and the recommendations.

Custom Home Design and Build:

A custom home is a one-of-a-kind home that is designed for a specific client and for a particular location. We custom home build with plans created by an architect or by a professional home designer. Custom homes afford consumers the opportunity to control layout, lot size, and accessibility.

In most cases, We build custom home construction on land the home the client already owns.

We also partner with Real Estate professionals to find and a construction-ready lot specifically for the construction of your custom home.

This makes it easy for us to build a dream custom home for the client since the lot is construction-ready and we can focus purely on the design of the home.

Home Additions and Renovations:

While “home improvement” often refers to building projects that alter the structure of an existing home, it can also include improvements to lawns, gardens, and outdoor structures, such as gazebos and garages. It also encompasses maintenance, repair and general servicing tasks. Home improvement projects generally have one or more of the following goals.

Upgrading heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC).
Upgrading rooms with luxuries, such as adding gourmet features to a kitchen or a hot tub spa to a bathroom.
Increasing the capacity of plumbing and electrical systems.
Waterproofing basements.
Soundproofing rooms, especially bedrooms and baths.
Maintenance and repair
Roof tear-off and replacement.
Concrete and masonry repairs to the foundation and chimney.
Repainting rooms, walls or fences
Repairing plumbing and electrical systems.
Additional space[edit]
Additional living space may be added by:

Turning marginal areas into livable spaces such as turning basements into recrooms, home theaters, or home offices – or attics into spare bedrooms.
Extending one’s house with rooms added to the side of one’s home or, sometimes, extra levels to the original roof.
Saving energy
Homeowners may reduce utility costs with:

Energy-efficient thermal insulation, replacement windows, and lighting.
Renewable energy with solar panels, wind turbines, programmable thermostats.
Safety and preparedness

Emergency preparedness safety measures such as:

Home fire and burglar alarm systems.
Fire sprinkler systems to protect homes from fires.
Security doors, windows, and shutters.
Backup generators for providing power during power outages.
Professional versus do-it-yourself

As general contractors we oversee a home improvement project that involves multiple trades. Our general contractors are the project managers, providing access to the site, removing debris, coordinating work schedules, and performing some aspects of the work.
